Ive always loved winter!! Darrell on the other hand hates it... seems its a love hate thing!!!! This current Ice Storm has really opened my eyes to the devastation that winter can bring..... Last week the Ozarks were crippled with a ice storm that left over 80,000 homes with out power!!! Our area is declared a national emergency!! WOW... As a RN i was stranded at my hospital thru the worst part of it. It was amazing to see the teamwork that took place during our "CODE YELLOW"
we now have power at our house but so many are still without!!!! It was a eye opener to see how very much we rely on electricity!!!
Many trees are ruined and now the massive clean up begains!!! My sweet husband has been working so hard to get things cleaned up and back to normal,,, we didnt suffer any damage and I am so thankful for that!!!
