Today after school Veronica and I did a little sight seeing. She is such a wonderful young lady, she is getting more relaxed and talking much more!!! I just love the fact that her experience of America is right here in the Ozarks!!

 

 

More Pink!!!

 

Just getting to my pictures from the Race for the cure this month. My family came to show their support. We all meet at the house in LR and had a wonderful visit. The race was amazing!! This is my first one to attend because the past 3 years i was going thru treatment or recovering from surgeries or to weak to walk across the street!!!
But not this year!!!

 

The weather was perfect and the view across the river covered with 60 thousand survivors and supporters was so inspiring!!!

 

My mom was determined to make it and she did!!! She herself was walking not knowing what her biopsy the very next week would be!!! I'm happy to report that it was negative !!

 

The entertainment along the way was great!!! Firemen, 3 miles of men, husbands and families on the side line cheering you on!!!

An amazing event that I will always remember!!

Mom an Kelli,,at the race for the cure,, sure had fun with the Girls!! Mom walked the 2K!!!! That was amazing!! I have the best family!!!!

Fall Fun!!!

 

we were driving down the road and I noticed a man selling Fall mums and pumpkins, It looked so pretty,,, I had to stop,,, HAD TO!!!

 

Veronica hasn't quite got me figured out yet!!! She really thinks I'm crazy!!! When I asked her to get on the hay so i could take her pic she looked panic stricken!!! Poor Girl comes to America and get stuck with me,,,

October is all about Pick!!!!

Cant help but get excited about the October Breast Cancer Awareness Month and all the festivities that go along with it!!!!

Excited to walk with my daughter and Veronica this year!!!! I haven't walked out to the mailbox but I'm all excited about this 5K walk!!!!! Wish me luck!!! I think that all the motivation will be enough to get us all thru!!!

She is the youngest of the grand babies and this is her last year at home with mom before pre K!!!

 

We took all the Fall pretties outside to play with while she was visiting !! Of course Nana had other motives in mind!!! It was a win win situation!! We had a blast!!

What a great Fall Sunday!!!! I just enjoyed every moment of it!!!

I made Chocolate pies and a wonderful Dinner!! went shopping with my kiddos and got some really funky fall shoes,,,, I let Ashley pick them out!!!
Now I cant wait to wear them!!

 

Fall has taken over my house,,,, and i love it!! it just matches my colors so well!!!
